Federico Laens , full name Federico Horacio Laens Martino , (born January 14, 1988 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

society

The 1.78-meter-tall offensive player Laens comes from the youth team (Formativas) of Nacional Montevideo , to which he belonged at least 2006. He was at the beginning of his career in the Clausura 2008 in ranks of Defensor Sporting . In that half-series he shot the 3: 3 against Central Español on May 17, 2008, the gate to the interim 2: 1 lead. This should also have been his only first division game for the club. In the 2008/09 season he played for the Montevideo Wanderers and scored a goal in ten appearances in the Primera División . In 2009 a station followed in Italy at Delfino Pescara 1936 , where he recorded eleven missions with two goals. In 2010 he was on the pitch three times for ASG Nocerina . His next two employers were the reserve team of Club Atlético Peñarol in 2010/11 and the Swiss club GC Biaschesi in 2011/12 . In the 2011/12 season he also met four times in 13 first division appearances for Bella Vista . For the Montevideans, he ran 30 times in the Primera División in the following season 2012/13 and scored ten goals. At the end of July 2013, he left the club for South Korea , where he joined Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma for half a year . At the beginning of January 2014 he returned to Uruguay and was active in the Clausura 2014 for the first division side El Tanque Sisley in ten first division games (no goal). In September 2014 he joined the first division club Atlético Rentistas . In the 2014/15 season he was used there 22 times (five goals) in the top Uruguayan league. In mid-August 2015 he moved to Cartagena FC . For the Spanish club, he played 25 games in Segunda B by the end of the season and scored three goals. Since mid-July 2016 at the latest, he has been in the ranks of the Colombian club La Equidad , for whom he has so far (as of September 9, 2016) played five times (one goal) in the league and twice (no goal) in the Copa Colombia .

National team

Laens has been a member of Uruguay's U-20s since at least November 2006 . He took part with the U-20 in the U-20 South American Championship 2007 in Paraguay .
