Fernando Daniel Belluschi (born September 10, 1983 in Los Quirquinchos , Santa Fe ) is an Argentine football player . Belluschi's best position is in attacking midfield, but he can also be used as a hanging tip.

Career

He started his professional career with Newell's Old Boys , with whom he won the Apertura in 2004. In 2006 he moved to CA River Plate and was team captain there . In January 2008 he moved to Olympiacos in Greece for 7.4 million euros (for 50% of the player's rights) . With Olympiacos Piraeus, he was twice Greek champion and cup winner. In 2009 he moved to FC Porto in Portugal . With Porto he won the championship twice, the cup twice , the Supercup three times and even the UEFA Europa League in 2011 . At the beginning of 2012, however, he was loaned to Serie A at CFC Genoa for the rest of the season .

For the 2012/13 season Belluschi then moved to the Turkish first division club Bursaspor . Despite a contract until the summer of 2016, Belluschie left the club in the summer of 2015 and switched to CD Cruz Azul .
