Fidelis B. Layog
Fidelis Bautista Layog (born November 20, 1968 in Dagupan , Philippines ) is a Filipino clergyman and Roman Catholic auxiliary bishop in Lingayen-Dagupan .
Life
Fidelis B. Layog received the sacrament of ordination for the Archdiocese of Lingayen-Dagupan on April 29, 1996 .
On 18 March 2019 Pope appointed him Francis to the titular of Girus Tarasii and Auxiliary Bishop of Lingayen-Dagupan. The Archbishop of Lingayen-Dagupan, Socrates Buenaventura Villegas , donated him episcopal ordination on May 8 of the same year . Co- consecrators were the Bishop of Laoag , Renato Pine Mayugba , and the Bishop of Tarlac , Enrique V. Macaraeg .
