Filip Borsos (born June 22, 2000 in Sopron ) is a Hungarian football player .

Career

Borsos began his career at SC Sopron . For the 2015/16 season he came to Austria for AKA Burgenland , where he played until October 2018. In October 2017 he made his debut against SV Eltendorf for the amateurs of his home club SV Mattersburg in the fourth-class Burgenland League . In the same month he scored his first goal for Mattersburg II in a 3-2 defeat against ASV Siegendorf . By the end of the season he came to 13 missions in which he scored three goals. At the end of the season he rose to the regional league with the Mattersburg amateurs .

He played his first game in the third highest division in September 2018 against SC-ESV Parndorf 1919 . In April 2019, he scored his first regional league in a 1-1 draw against Parndorf. In the 2018/19 season he made 15 appearances in which he scored two goals.

In June 2020 he made his debut for the professionals in the Bundesliga when he came on as a substitute for Martin Pusic on matchday 29 of the 2019/20 season against SCR Altach in the 87th minute . Mattersburg stopped playing after the 2019/20 season.
