Filip Alfons Annie De Wilde (born July 5, 1964 in Zele ) is a former Belgian football goalkeeper and current goalkeeping coach.

Club career

De Wilde began his career in 1982 at the age of 16 at KSK Beveren . A season later he became Belgian champions with the club. For the 1987/88 season he moved to RSC Anderlecht , with whom he was four times Belgian champion and three times Belgian cup winners, before moving to Sporting Lisbon in 1996 . In April 1998 he went back to RSC in Anderlecht. He was Belgian champion two more times with Anderlecht. In 2003 he signed with SK Sturm Graz . In January 2004 he moved to SC Lokeren St.Niklaas Waasland , where he stayed until October 2004. Until April 2005 he was in goal for the Belgian second division club KFC Verbroedering Geel . Then he ended his career.

In 1994 and 2000 he was voted the best Belgian goalkeeper of the year.

National team

De Wilde was in the goal of the Belgian national team 33 times between 1989 and 2000 , although he was called up for a total of 68 internationals from 1984 to 2000. With her he took part in a soccer world championship three times: 1990 , 1994 and 1998 (in 1990 and 1994 he was number 2 in goal behind Michel Preud'homme , and was not used). He also took part in the 2000 European Football Championship with Belgium .

De Wilde was previously a team player in the Belgian U-18 team (1 appearance with 10 drafts), the U-19 selection (1 assignment in 7 drafts) and the U-21 national team (5 appearances in 8 drafts).
