Final movement in the Spanish language
A purpose, intention or final clause , oración final, is understood in grammar to be a special form of an adverbial subordinate clause ( protasis ), oración subordinada adverbial, with which the aim and purpose of the verb action of the fact or fact described in the main clause ( apodosis ) is reproduced . The final conjunctions conjunciones finales verbalize a purpose or goal.
Explanation
The subordinate clauses that are introduced with these connectors are in the subjuntivo , as they ultimately express a will or a wish.
Final clauses , oraciones finales, which indicate an intended consequence or a purpose or a goal, stand together with the conditional clauses , oraciones condicionales , which designate a condition for the main clause action (apodose), the concessive clauses , oraciones concesivas , which describe an opposing reason, which is usually a Main clause action prevents the consecutive clauses , oraciones consecutivas, which describe a sequence and usually have a correlate or reference word in the main clause, close to the causal clauses , oraciones causales in the broader sense, as the latter are able to express a reason for the fact or state of affairs described in the main clause since it is in all These adverbial clauses are always about cause-consequence relationships; they are also called the “group of hypothetical sentence structures”.
In German, the final clauses are introduced with the conjunctions “thus”, “auf dass” or “dass”.
The most important comparative connectors are the conjunctions, conjunciones finales are in Spanish:
spanish words | German translations |
---|---|
para que | in order to |
a fin de que | with the aim that; in order to |
no sea que | not it is that; not with this |
con la intención de que | with the intention of; with the intention to |
a que | there because |
no fuera que | not with that |
al objeto de que | with the purpose that |
en orden a que | with the aim that |
para que así | so that |
* Te presto una barca para que no tengas que esperar mucho. Ich leihe dir ein Boot, damit du nicht müssest warten lange. Presente simple de indicativo + Presente de subjuntivo
The addition of “de que”, “a que” or simply “que” generally requires the use of the subjunctive. For example, “a fin de” in German means “for the reason; in order to; um ”and does not necessarily lead to the use of the subjunctive when used. - example:
Lleva el cinturón de seguridad a fin de no tener un accidente. Er/sie trägt einen Sicherheitsgurt um zu haben keinen Unfall. Presente simple de indicativo + Infinitivo Lleva la pistolera a fin de que no se dispare la pistola. Er/sie trägt einen Pistolenhalter mit dem Ziel dass kein Schuss sich aus der Pistole löst. Presente simple de indicativo + Presente de subjuntivo
With the addition of “que”, the subjuntivo becomes necessary for the use of “a fin de que”. - example:
Apaga la luz con el fin de no molestar al loro. Schalte aus das Licht mit dem Ziel, nicht zu stören den Papagei. Imperativo + Infinitivo Apaga la luz con el fin de que no moleste al loro. Schalte aus das Licht, mit dem Ziel, dass nicht es störe den Papagei. Imperativo + Presente de subjuntivo
Clause 1 | Clause 2 |
---|---|
Protasis | Apodosis |
subordinate clause | main clause |
Oración subordinada | Oración principal |
"So part" | "How part" |
Antecedents, antecedents | Consistent, consiguiente |
"Antecedent" | "Subsequent or subsequent sentence" |
Expression of the aim and purpose of the verb action | Facts, actions |
Independently | Dependent |
coordination | Subordination |
The conjunction “para que” is used in cases in which the subjects of the main clause (apodosis) and the subordinate clause (protasis) are not identical or different. - example:
Hoy voy a la tasca para que festejemos juntos. Ich gehe heute in die Kneipe damit wir feiern zusammen. Futuro próximo de indicativo + Presente de subjuntivo
But if the subject in the main and subordinate clause is identical, the conjunction “para” is used with the result that the following verb in the subordinate clause remains in the infinitive. - example:
Voy a la tienda para comprar algunas latas de cervezas. Ich gehe zum Laden um ein paar Dosen Bier zu kaufen. Futuro próximo de indicativo + Infinitivo Las reformas son para salir de la crisis. Die Reformen sind umzu lösen die Krise.
