Flavius ​​Virgil Domide (born May 11, 1946 in Arad ) is a former Romanian football player . He played 342 games in the highest Romanian soccer league, Divizia A , and was part of the Romanian squad for the 1970 World Cup .

Career

Domide started playing football at UTA Arad in 1959 . In the summer of 1966 he moved up into the first team squad, which in the highest Romanian league, the Divizia A , was represented. After a few missions in the 1966/67 season and increased playing times in the following season , he became a regular in the 1968/69 season. In 1969 he was able to celebrate the Romanian championship with his team as well as a year later . With eleven goals, he achieved his best goal yield in 1969/70. Domide played 18 games for the Romanian national team and scored three goals.
