Flen , a place ( crime scene ) in the Swedish province of Södermanland County and the historic province of Södermanland , is the capital of the municipality of Flen .

The largest school in Flen is the Bildningscentrum Prins Wilhelm , which as a school center includes both the elementary school (in Sweden this lasts 9 years) Stenhammarskolan and the Prins Wilhelmgymnasiet (grammar school, three more years). The grammar school has had a German-Swedish exchange partnership with the Friedrich List grammar school in Asperg (near Stuttgart) since 2002, which takes place every spring.
