Florian Schäffer

Florian Schäffer (born March 13, 1971 ) is a German author and journalist .

Life

Schäffer was born in Berlin ( Spandau ) and has a daughter. 1998–2002 he studied media informatics at the Technical University of Applied Sciences in Berlin with a degree in computer science (FH). Since 1996 he has been an independent trader in the field of IT service, development and sales of components for electronic vehicle diagnostics in his own online shop . Since May 2016 he has been working as an editor for the Make: magazine of Heise Zeitschriften Verlag in Hanover .

Works

During his school days he worked for the school newspaper "The Paulsen Times" at Paulsen-Gymnasium . During his studies he published non-fiction books and articles in various magazines and publishers , some of which were translated into other languages.
