Florian Vogel (born April 13, 1981 in Wilhelmshaven ) is a German chef .

Career

After completing his apprenticeship, Vogel worked for Alfons Schuhbeck in Munich in 2002 and in the Garden Restaurant in the Bayerischer Hof in Munich in 2003 and at Feinkost Käfer in Munich from 2003 to 2005 . In 2005 he moved to the fort in Wernberg Castle with Christian Jürgens in Wernberg-Köblitz (two Michelin stars ). In 2007 he moved to the Königshof in Munich with Martin Fauster and in 2009 to Victor's gourmet restaurant with Christian Bau in Perl-Nennig (three Michelin stars) and again in the Bayerischer Hof in the Atelier & Garden Restaurant . From 2010 to 2011 he cooked in the Dallmayr restaurant with Diethard Urbansky in Munich (two Michelin stars). From 2012 to 2015 he was the kitchen manager at Swiss RE in Munich.

Since April 2015 he has been head chef in Camer's castle restaurant in Hohenkammer Castle , succeeding Fritz Schilling . The restaurant was awarded a Michelin star in the 2017 Michelin Guide.
