The Kangding Airport ( Chinese  康定 機場  /  康定 机场 , Pinyin Kāngdìng Jīchǎng ) is an airport in May 2008 in the district of Kangding or Dardo ( 康定 县 , Kāngdìngxiàn ), which belongs to the administrative area of the Garzê Autonomous District of the Tibetans in the northwest of the Chinese Province Sichuan belongs. With its location at 4,280 m above sea level, it is currently the second highest airport in the world. The airport's only runway (15C / 33C) is 4000 m long.

China Eastern has regular flights to Kangding, from Yunnan's provincial capital Kunming via Sichuan's capital Chengdu . The airport is located 38 km from Kangding City on Zheduo Mountain near the Gongga Mountain Range, between two tributaries of the Yangtze River, the Dadu He and the Yalong.
