The airfield Out Skerries ( IATA code : OUK ) is an airfield on the remote archipelago Out Skerries in Shetland , in the north of Scotland , with a single runway of gravel, otherwise there are no other facilities. Opened in 1974, the airfield is located on the island of Bruray near the port. In December 2015, Directflight discontinued Tingwall's flights and there have been no commercial scheduled flights since then.
Around 75 people live on the entire archipelago of the Out Skerries, only 24 of them on the island of Bruray with the airport (2015).
