The Foivre is a river in France that runs in the Ardennes department in the Grand Est region . It rises on the southern outskirts of Neuvizy , generally drains in a southerly direction and flows after around 22 kilometers in the municipality of Givry as a right tributary into the Aisne , which is accompanied here on the other side of the river by the Canal des Ardennes .
