Four Times Square in the back right. In front the Bertelsmann Building

In addition to its address (4 Times Square), the building bears the name of Condé Nast Publications , a US publishing group whose flagship is Vogue magazine . In 2014, however, the company will move out of the building and relocate its headquarters to the newly built One World Trade Center at Ground Zero .

The usable office space is 164,284 square meters. The building has 48 floors and is 247 meters high. So it is currently the 19th tallest building in New York . After the destruction of the World Trade Center , a 94-meter-high transmission mast was installed on the roof to transmit transmission signals. Taking this into account, the building, with a total height of 341 meters, is the fifth tallest structure in New York after the One World Trade Center, the Empire State Building , 432 Park Avenue and the Bank of America Tower .

In the northwest corner of the building is NASDAQ , the largest American stock exchange.

The building is owned by the Durst Organization . It was planned by the architecture firm Fox & Fowle . The building was constructed by Tishman Construction .
