Fox Networks Group (formerly Fox International Channels ) is a television and cable subsidiary of Fox Entertainment Group. The company produces and sells 300 entertainment, sports and movie channels in 45 languages ​​in Latin America , Europe , Asia and Africa with various brands including Fox, Star India , Fox Sports , Fox Life and National Geographic Channel , Fox Movies Premium , Star Movies , Baby TV , Star Plus and STAR Gold . These brands reach around 1.725 billion households worldwide. The band also owns Fox Play and Nat Geo Play in various countries.

On October 5, 2010, Disney renews its film distribution agreement in Asia with Fox International Channels. On October 21, 2013, Fox International Channels purchased several Disney series for its Asian pay channels, including Marvel's Agents of SHIELD and Once Upon a Time in Wonderland .

In December 2014, Fox Television Studios and Fox 21 Television Studios merge because both studios have the same goal of producing for cable television.
