The Frémeur is a river in France that runs in the Côtes-d'Armor department in the Brittany region . It rises near the hamlet of St-Maleu on the municipal boundary of Plumaugat and Broons , drains in an arc from northeast to southeast through a sparsely populated area and flows into the Rance as a left tributary after about 20 kilometers at the municipal boundary of Caulnes and Guenroc .
