Francisco Maria Campos y Angeles (born June 16, 1860 in San Nicolás de Actopan , Hidalgo , Mexico ; † June 29, 1945 ) was Bishop of Chilapa .

Life

Francisco Maria Campos y Angeles received on 23 December 1882, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On December 3, 1897, Pope Leo XIII appointed him . to the Bishop of Tabasco . The Apostolic Visitor for Mexico, Archbishop Nicola Averardi , donated him episcopal ordination on January 16, 1898 . On October 12, 1907, Pope Pius X appointed him Bishop of Chilapa. The inauguration took place on October 19 of the same year.

Francisco Maria Campos y Angeles resigned as Bishop of Chilapa on January 5, 1923. Pope Pius XI then appointed him titular bishop of Doara .
