Leonardo Castellanos y Castellanos (born November 6, 1862 in Ecuandureo , Michoacán , Mexico , † May 19, 1912 in Villahermosa , Tabasco ) was Bishop of Tabasco .
Life
Leonardo Castellanos y Castellanos received on 20 March 1886, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
On August 7, 1908, Pope Pius X appointed him Bishop of Tabasco. The apostolic delegate in Mexico, Archbishop Giuseppe Ridolfi , gave him on 27 September of the same year in the Cathedral Señor de Tabasco in Villahermosa , the episcopal ordination ; Co- consecrators were the Bishop of Chilapa , Francisco Maria Campos y Angeles , and the Coadjutor Bishop of Zamora , José de Jesús Fernández y Barragán . The inauguration took place on October 5, 1908.
