Francisco Negra de Lima

Francisco Negrão de Lima (born August 24, 1901 in Nepomuceno , † October 26, 1981 in Rio de Janeiro ) was a Brazilian politician and diplomat .

Career

He was Minister of Justice from 1951 to 1953. In 1956 he was appointed Prefect of Rio de Janeiro. From 1958 to 1959 he was Minister for Foreign Relations in Juscelino Kubitschek's cabinet and then from 1959 to 1963 he was Ambassador to Portugal .

From 1965 to 1971 he was governor of Guanabara state .
