Francisco Ramírez Navarro
Francisco Ramírez Navarro (born July 24, 1939 in Tepatitlán ) is a Mexican clergyman and auxiliary bishop in Tlalnepantla .
Life
Francisco Ramírez Navarro was ordained a priest on August 15, 1969 .
Pope John Paul II appointed him auxiliary bishop in Tlalnepantla and titular bishop of Tlos on December 27, 2000 . The Archbishop of Tlalnepantla, Ricardo Guízar Díaz , donated him episcopal consecration on February 22nd of the following year; Co- consecrators were Manuel Samaniego Barriga , Bishop of Cuautitlán , and Javier Navarro Rodríguez , Bishop of San Juan de los Lagos .
