David Eugene Fellhauer
David Eugene Fellhauer (born August 19, 1939 in Kansas City ) is an American clergyman and emeritus bishop of Victoria, Texas .
Life
David Eugene Fellhauer was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Dallas-Fort Worth on May 29, 1965 .
Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Victoria, Texas on April 7, 1990 . The Archbishop of San Antonio , Patrick Fernández Flores , ordained him episcopal on May 28 of the same year; Co- consecrators were Charles Victor Grahmann , Coadjutor Bishop of Dallas , and Thomas Ambrose Tschoepe , Bishop of Dallas.
Pope Francis accepted his age-related resignation on April 23, 2015.
