Mörsch is one kilometer northeast of the city. The Isenach flows from south to north through the village, on whose boundary the lowest point of the Palatinate is located (87.3 m) . The Petersau estate belongs to the district of Mörsch and is located northeast of the town directly on the Rhine .

history

Until its incorporation in 1919, Mörsch was in the area of ​​the later administrative units of the Frankenthal district (Pfalz) and the Pfalz administrative district , which were dissolved in the course of administrative reforms in 1969 and 2000, respectively.
