Frans Tähkävuori (born April 29, 1992 in Paimio ) is a Finnish ski jumper .

Career

Frans Tähkävuori, who starts for Lahden Hiihtoseura , made his debut on December 18 and 19, 2009 in Notodden in the FIS Cup , where he finished 47th and 46th. After a break of several years, Tähkävuori took part in other FIS Cup competitions in 2013 as well as in a competition in Lahti for the first time in the Continental Cup on December 20, 2013 , where he reached 62nd place. Since then he has mainly started in the FIS and Continental Cups; There has not yet been a World Cup or Grand Prix start. Tähkävuori's best placement in the Continental Cup so far (as of December 2017) was a 24th place in September 2017 in Trondheim .

At the Finnish Championships 2017 in Lahti in October 2017, Tähkävuori won the gold medal in the team competition together with Arttu Pohjola , Ville Larinto and Janne Ahonen .
