Franz Kandler
Franz Kandler (born August 8, 1878 in Wiese in Bohemia ; † September 26, 1957 in Graz ) was an Austrian politician of the Christian Social Party (CSP).
education and profession
After attending secondary school in Jägerndorf in Bohemia , he went to a commercial school in Graz . He then attended a military academy and obtained an officer license . Other important milestones in his professional career were the following:
- Lieutenant with the Kaiser-Ferdinand- Dragoons in Graz
- 1905: Management of the Lannach estate
- Owner of the Lannach roof tile and pottery factory
- Commerce Council , Economics Council
Political functions
- President of the Chamber of Agriculture of Styria
Political mandates
- May 21, 1927 to January 15, 1931: Member of the Federal Council ( III. And IV. Legislative period), CSP
