Franz Pillmayer (born January 17, 1897 in Gmünd , † October 26, 1939 in Aue ) was a German politician of the NSDAP .

Live and act

After attending primary school, Pillmayer completed an engraving apprenticeship . At the same time he was trained from 1912 to 1914 at the college for the precious metal trade in Gmünd. Pillmayer took part in the First World War until 1918 . After the war he worked as an engraver foreman in Aue in the Ore Mountains.

In 1922 Pillmayer joined the NSDAP . After the NSDAP ban, he rejoined the party in 1925 ( membership number 15.262). In 1927 he became head of the NSDAP local group in Aue. In 1930 he became district leader of the NSDAP in the Aue district . In the general election of September 1930 Pillmayer was a candidate of the Nazi Party for the constituency 30 (Chemnitz-Zwickau) in the Reichstag voted, of which he was subsequently without interruption until his death in October 1939th In the almost nine years that Pillmayer was a member of the German parliament, he was re-elected six times: in July and November 1932 , in March and November 1933, and in 1936 and 1938 .

On January 15, 1935, Pillmayer was appointed provisional Lord Mayor of Aue and as such was finally admitted on October 6, 1937. After Pillmayer's death, Johannes Bochmann moved up to the Reichstag.
