Franz Strobl (politician, 1897)

Franz Strobl (born March 10, 1897 in Donnerskirchen , † July 25, 1980 in Eisenstadt ) was an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ) and government forest director. From 1945 to 1962 he was a member of the Austrian National Council .

Life

Strobl attended elementary school and then a grammar school. He then completed his studies as a forest engineer at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences and graduated with a degree in engineering. from. Volunteering Strobl fire chief was the volunteer fire Eisenstadt, which meant that by 1937 he connection country Feuerwehrkommandant Burgenland and the provincial government held the agenda about the fire service.
