State government Sylvester II
The provincial government Sylvester II under governor Hans Sylvester formed the Burgenland provincial government during the phase of the Austrian corporate state . The state government was in office from November 11, 1934 to March 11, 1938. The term of office of the state government ended when the National Socialists came to power on March 12, 1938. It was followed by the Portschy state government . There were two personnel changes during the term of office of the state government. State governor Walter Riebl was replaced on January 3, 1936 by Max Coreth , member of the state parliament , Johann Wagner was replaced on May 20, 1936 by Michael Berthold .
