Portschy State Government
The state government Portschy under Governor Tobias Portschy formed the Burgenland provincial government after the takeover by the Nazis in Austria until the dissolution of Burgenland on 15 October 1938. The members of the state government on 12 March 1938 by Chancellor Arthur Seyss-Inquart appointed and officiated by 13 March 1938 to October 15, 1938. The members of the state government remained in office hardly changed during the short term of office, only Friedrich Schirk resigned from office on April 30, 1938 after he had been appointed treasurer of Styria .
