The provincial government Schreiner II under Governor Anton Schreiner formed the Burgenland provincial government from the election of the provincial government on December 10, 1930 until Schreiner resigned as governor. Schreiner resigned on October 28, 1931 and was entrusted with the continuation of the business until November 25, 1931. On this day, the Walheim II state government replaced the previous cabinet.

The state government Schreiner II was formed after the state elections in 1930 . As before, the state government consisted of six members, with three representatives from the Christian Social Party - Heimwehr (CSP), two members from the Social Democratic Party (SdP) and a state council from the National Economic Bloc - Landbund (LdB).
