List of members of the Burgenland Landtag (IV legislative period)
This list of the members of the Burgenland Landtag lists all members of the Burgenland Landtag in the fourth legislative period. The legislative period began on December 5, 1930 with the inauguration of the deputies and the election of the Presidium and ended after 66 sessions on November 11, 1934 with the inauguration of the State Parliament . After the state elections on November 9, 1930, 14 of 32 seats went to the Christian Social Party - Heimwehr (CSP) list, 13 to the Social Democratic Party (SdP) and 5 to the National Economic Bloc and Land Association (LdB). The mandates of the thirteen members of the Social Democratic Party expired when the party was banned on February 12, 1934 by an ordinance of the federal government.
The presidium was initially chaired by the CSP deputy Johann Thullner as the first president of the state parliament , and on December 11th the chairmanship changed to Michael Koch . Until February 12, 1934, MP Ernst Hoffenreich held the position of 2nd President of the State Parliament of the Social Democratic Party . After his exclusion, Johann Bauer was appointed as his successor on February 22, 1934 . 3. The President of the Landtag was initially Josef Reil until April 30, 1933 , who was replaced by Johann Bauer on that day. After Bauer was elected 2nd President of the State Parliament, Josef Pomper succeeded him on February 22, 1934, as the 3rd President of the State Parliament. The function of secretary was carried out by Rudolf Büchler , Hans Bögl (until February 12, 1934) and Martin Wetschka (from February 22, 1934), the stewards were Johann Kruesz , Koloman Tomsich (until February 12, 1934) and Stefan Hollenthoner (from February 22, 1934) . The Burgenland Landtag elected the Burgenland Provincial Government on December 10, 1930 . Since the position of governor changed twice, the state governments Schreiner II , Walheim II and Sylvester I officiated during the legislative period .
