List of members of the Burgenland Landtag (1st legislative period)
This list of members of the Burgenland Landtag lists all members of the Burgenland Landtag in the first legislative period. The legislative period began on July 15, 1922 with the inauguration of the deputies and the election of the Presidium and ended after 25 sessions on November 23, 1923 with the inauguration of the state parliament of the second legislative period . After the state elections on June 18, 1922, 13 of 33 seats were held by the Social Democratic Party (SdP), 10 by the Christian Social Party (CSP), 6 by the German-Austrian Peasant Party ( Landbund , LdB) and 4 by the Greater German People's Party (GdP) .
The Presidium was chaired by the GdP MP Josef Fischl as the 1st President of the State Parliament . The 2nd President of the State Parliament Rudolf Burgmann (CSP) and the 3rd State Parliament President Josef Wagast (SdP) were also in office for the entire period . The function of the secretary exercised Rosalie Zull and Michael Gangl made, folders were Franz Bauer and Ignaz Till .
