This list of members of the Burgenland Landtag lists all members of the Burgenland Landtag in the fifth legislative period. The legislative period began on December 13, 1945 with the inauguration of the deputies and the election of the Presidium and ended after 43 sessions on November 4, 1949 with the inauguration of the VI. Legislative period . After the state elections on November 25, 1945 , 17 of 32 seats were held by the Austrian People's Party (ÖVP), 14 seats by the Social Democratic Party of Austria (SPÖ) and 1 by the Communist Party of Austria (KPÖ). After the deputies were sworn in on December 13, 1945, they elected the state government of Karall I on January 4, 1946 .

The Presidium was chaired by the ÖVP MP Martin Wetschka as the 1st President of the State Parliament . Ernst Hoffenreich (SPÖ) held the position of 2nd President of the State Parliament, and Otto Mödlagl (KPÖ) was the 3rd President of the State Parliament . The function of secretary was carried out by Josef Lentsch and Friedrich Robak , the stewards were Stefan Dobrovich and Franz Asboth (until October 9, 1947) and Lorenz Schöfbeck (from October 9, 1947).

During the legislative period there were six changes among the state parliament members. A total of 38 different people belonged to the state parliament during the fifth legislative period.
