This list of members of the Burgenland Landtag lists all members of the Burgenland Landtag in the XIII. Legislative period. The legislative period began on October 27, 1977 with the inauguration of the MPs and the election of the Presidium and ended after 51 sessions on October 29, 1982 with the inauguration of the XIV legislative period in the Landtag . After the state elections on October 2, 1977 , 20 of 36 seats were held by the Social Democratic Party of Austria (SPÖ) and 16 seats by the Austrian People's Party (ÖVP).

The Presidium was chaired by the SPÖ MP Matthias Pinter as the 1st President of the State Parliament . Rudolf Grohotolsky (ÖVP) initially held the position of 2nd President of the State Parliament , who was replaced by Franz Soronics (ÖVP) on October 30, 1978 . 3. The President of the Landtag was initially Hans Krutzler (SPÖ), he was replaced on January 18, 1982 by Hilde Pleyer (SPÖ). The function of secretary was carried out by Johann Sipötz and Wolfgang Dax , the stewards were Franz Kurz and Gabriel Wagner .

In the first session of the state parliament, three members resigned and switched to the state government. They were filled on the same day. Furthermore, there were eleven further changes among the state parliament members during the legislative period.
