The state election in Burgenland 1930 was carried out on November 9, 1930 and was the fourth state election in the state of Burgenland . On the same day, the 1930 National Council election was held in Austria , with the Burgenlanders voting for the Landtag and the National Council with one vote at the same time. The Christian Social Party (CSP) no longer appeared as a unified list , but ran under the name "Christian Social Party - Heimwehr". Compared to its result of 1927, the Christian Social Party was able to maintain its 42.8% share of the vote and its 14 of a total of 32 seats. The Social Democratic Workers' Party of German Austria (SDAPDÖ), on the other hand, lost around three percentage points, but was also able to maintain its 13 mandates with 37.8% of the vote. The Landbund , which stood in the electoral alliance of the National Economic Bloc and the Landbund , also held its five seats despite slight losses of 0.6 percentage points. The home bloc achieved 2.3%, the National Socialist German Workers' Party (NSDAP) 0.7% and the Communist Party of Austria (KPÖ) 0.4%. All three parties failed to enter the state parliament.

The state parliament of the fourth legislative period was constituted on December 5, 1930.

Born in 1964, No. 5. quoted from Kriegler: Politisches Handbuch des Burgenlandes, Part I, p. 29 f. However, the figures from the Burgenland Provincial Government sometimes deviate considerably from the data in the electoral statistics of the Federal Statistical Office in Vienna. In addition, the total votes of the individual parties show a difference of 100 votes to the total of the valid votes.
