The state election in Burgenland 1922 was carried out on June 18, 1922 and was the first state election in the newly formed state of Burgenland . The Social Democratic Workers' Party of German Austria (SDAPDÖ) was the strongest party and won 13 of the 33 seats with 38% of the votes. Second place went to the Christian Social Party (CSP), which with 31% acquired the right to 10 members of the state parliament. Furthermore, the German-Austrian Farmer's Party, later the Burgenland Farmer's Federation or Landbund for Austria, received 17% and 6 seats and the Greater German People's Party (GDVP) 13% and 4 seats. The Burgenland Citizens 'and Farmers' Party, on the other hand, failed to make it into the state parliament with around 1% of the vote.

The state parliament of the first legislative period was constituted on July 15, 1922.
