State government Rauhofer II
The provincial government Rauhofer II under governor Josef Rauhofer formed the Burgenland provincial government after the provincial elections in 1927 until Rauhofer resigned on January 10, 1928. The election of the provincial government by the Burgenland provincial parliament in the third legislative period took place in the first state parliament session on May 20, 1927 .
After the end of the term of office of the state government Rauhofer I , Rauhofer was re-elected governor in 1927. Compared to the previous government, the number of government members has been reduced from eight to six, with three representatives from the Christian Social Party (CSP), two members from the Social Democratic Party (SdP) and a regional council from the Landbund (LdB).
During the tenure of the Rauhofer II government, Josef Pomper (LdB) left the government early on August 2, 1927. He was replaced by Gottlieb Grabenhofer on the same day .
