Franz Wiedemann (born January 23, 1821 in Wittgensdorf , † 1882 in Dresden ) was a German educator and writer. He was initially a teacher at the König'schen Institute in Dresden, from 1847 he became a teacher at the 4th district school in Dresden. His best-known lyrics include Hänschen klein and Wo's Dörflein there ends .
