Friedrich-Carl Schultze-Rhonhof

Friedrich-Carl Schultze-Rhonhof (born March 18, 1925 in Heidelberg , † July 15, 2014 in Münster ) was a German scientist and author.

The University of Tübingen doctorate him in 1962 to Dr. phil. For many years he was director of the adult education center in Münster . From 1982 to 2004, he was chairman of the Silesian Foundation (Oldenburg).

With his publications on Silesia, Schultze-Rhonhof made a contribution to the preservation of Silesian cultural assets in Germany and thus to creating a basis of trust on the Polish side. In addition, he published a book on his adopted home Münster and its partner cities, which has been published several times.
