Friedrich-Kraft Joachim Albrecht Ernst Paul Ludwig Freiherr Schenck zu Schweinsberg (born December 25, 1900 in Berlin , † August 8, 1985 in Hanover ) was a German administrative officer and judge.

Life

Friedrich Kraft Schenck zu Schweinsberg studied law at the Georg-August University in Göttingen . In 1920 he became a member of the Corps Saxonia Göttingen . In 1926 he passed the assessor exam and was then government assessor in Osterburg , Stade and Potsdam .

Schenck zu Schweinsberg was provisionally in 1933 and finally to the 1934 District of district Bremervörde appointed. He held the office until 1945. In addition, he represented the district administrator of the Land Hadeln district from 1940 to 1943 . After a short front-line deployment as a soldier on the Western Front, he was taken prisoner of war, from which he was released in March 1947. After a brief activity as a commercial clerk, he returned to the civil service and became a councilor in Hanover. Then he was a social judge and most recently the first social judge at the social court in Hanover . After his retirement he continued to live in Hanover. He was married to Ellen-Marie Andreae.
