Friedrich Ludwig zu Dohna-Lauck

Friedrich Ludwig Burggraf and Count zu Dohna-Lauck (born April 4, 1873 in Deutschendorf, district of Prussian Holland , † July 1, 1924 in Reichertswalde ) was a German Fideikommissherr, court official and parliamentarian.

Friedrich Ludwig zu Dohna-Lauck was the son of the burgrave and count Friedrich zu Dohna-Lauck (1844–1909) and Karoline Luise Wilhelmine nee. von Saldern -Ahlimb (1849–1923), a daughter of Hermann Gustav Albrecht Graf von Ahlimb-Saldern-Ringenwalde. After attending high school in Konigsberg and Dessau he studied at the University of Königsberg , the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University of Bonn and the Silesian Friedrich-Wilhelms-University of Breslau laws and cameralistics . In 1891 he became a member of the Corps Borussia Bonn . As a government assessor a. D. he became entails commissioner on Lauck-Reichertswalde . He was the Royal Prussian Chamberlain . From 1909 to 1918 Dohna-Lauck was a member of the Prussian manor house . From 1910 until his death in 1924 he was the head of the Reichertswalde district .

The grave site

In the Gutswald von Reichertswalde, about 2 km from the manor house, there are still two grave sites that are now empty. Friedrich Ludwig Burggraf and Count zu Dohna-Lauck, who extensively renovated and expanded the manor house in 1905/06, was buried in one of the graves. The grave next to it was intended for his son Christoph Friedrich Burggraf and Count zu Dohna-Lauck (* October 12, 1907, † September 3, 1935), who was killed in a car accident on Lake Constance .

He married Countess Elisabeth von Arnim on January 5, 1907 in Berlin (* January 17, 1877 - October 30, 1945), a daughter of Count Georg von Arnim and Countess Anna von der Schulenburg . The couple had two sons:
