Friedrich Philipp Müller (born April 11, 1803 in Atzbach , † March 21, 1876 in St. Goarshausen ) was a Nassau civil servant and politician and a former member of the estates of the Duchy of Nassau .

Friedrich Müller attended the Weilburg grammar school from 1817 to 1821 and studied law in Bonn and Göttingen from 1822 to 1825 . After completing his studies, he initially worked as an office advisor. In this role he was in the Herborn office from 1825 to 1827, in the Höchst office from 1827 to 1829, in the Braubach office from 1829 to 1831, in the Nastatten office from 1831 to 1832 and in the Hadamar office from 1832 to 1835 . He was then Secretary of the Marienberg Office (1835-1837), Königstein Office (1837-1839), Eltville Office (1840-1842) and Diez Office (1840-1842). After his next promotion he was from 1842 to 1851 bailiff with the title of Amtsassessor in the office of Nastaetten and from 1851 to 1865 in the office of Usingen . From 1965 to 1968 he was a bailiff in the St. Goarshausen office . It remained so during the Prussian period, although the role of the offices had diminished after the circles were formed.

Between 1848 and 1851 he was a member of the Nassau Estates Assembly ( Club of the Left ).

Friedrich Müller was the son of the appellate judge Johann Wilhelm Valentin Müller (born April 30, 1768 in Löhnberg ; † July 16, 1823 in Wiesbaden ), the son of the bailiff and official cellar Friedrich Ludwig Michael Müller. The mother, Charlotte Friederike Wilhelmine née Schellenberg (born October 13, 1774 in Weilburg; † May 23, 1808 in Atzbach ), whom the father married on February 22, 1801 in Weilburg, was the daughter of the consistorial councilor and rector of the Philippinum Johann grammar school Anton Philipp Schellenberg.

Friedrich Müller, who was a Protestant denomination, married Wilhelmine Franziska Henriette, née Goedecke, in 1836 (born March 26, 1802 in Beilstein ; † March 4, 1873 in St. Goarshausen ). She was the daughter of the court chamber councilor and rent master Friedrich Christoph Goedecke (* May 3, 1764 in Ems; † December 8, 1822) and his wife Theresa (Theodora) Johanette Augusta née Conradi (* December 24, 1771 in Diez), the daughter of the bailiff and Judicial Advisor Philipp Peter Conradi and Johanette Katharina nee Thielmann. Wilhelmine Franziska Henriette Müller was the sister of the Nassau bailiff and MP Wilhelm Goedecke .
