Friedrich Mugler

Friedrich von Mugler (born September 26, 1793 in Sindringen , † April 6, 1869 in Stuttgart ) was a senior official in Württemberg at various senior offices.

The son of a pastor first completed his training as a clerk and studied law and political science at the University of Tübingen from 1818 to 1820 . He then worked privately for the Prince of Hohenlohe-Bartenstein before he became bailiff in Bartenstein in 1824 . In 1829 he became a senior official at the Oberamt Gaildorf and in 1834 at the Oberamt Heilbronn . At the same time he was appointed to the government council. In 1852 he moved to the Stuttgart District Office . In Stuttgart he was also a member of the board of the Württembergische Sparkasse . In 1866 he retired.

In 1838 he was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Order of the Württemberg Crown , with which the personal title of nobility was associated, and in 1840 he was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Baden Order of the Zähringer Lion . In 1839 he was made the second honorary citizen of Heilbronn .
