Friedrich Wilhelm Albrecht (writer)

Friedrich Wilhelm Albrecht (born October 4, 1774 in Lindenberg ; † January 8, 1840 in Beuster ) is a Low German writer.

Albrecht was born in Lindenberg in the Altmark in 1774. He attended school in Gardelegen and the grammar school at the Gray Monastery in Berlin . He then studied theology at the University of Halle from 1795 to 1797 and became a private tutor in the Altmark. In 1800 he became pastor in Höwisch and in 1824 in Beuster , where he died in 1840. His grave is on the church grounds in Beuster.
