Frikart's barberry ( Berberis × frikartii ) is a hybrid of the snowy barberry ( Berberis candidula ) and the warty barberry ( Berberis verruculosa ).

Frikart's barberry is an evergreen , densely branched shrub up to 1.5 meters high, the branches of which are brownish yellow and densely covered with warts. The leaves are glossy dark green on top and greyish-white on the underside and are elliptical in shape, up to 3.5 centimeters long, curled at the edge, coarse and with 2 to 4 teeth on both sides. The light yellow flowers appear in May and stand alone or in pairs. The berries remain green and have blue and white frosting.

Like many other barberries, this type of plant is often used in various varieties as an ornamental shrub.
