Fritz-Joachim Gnädinger

Fritz-Joachim Gnädinger (born April 18, 1938 in Konstanz ; † November 12, 2019 ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Life

Fritz-Joachim Gnädinger was born as the son of the high school teacher Dr. Fritz Gnädinger and Renate Gnädinger, geb. Stader, born. Karl Gnädinger was his cousin. Fritz-Joachim Gnädinger attended the Alexander-von-Humboldt-Gymnasium Konstanz , where he graduated from high school in 1957 and studied law at the universities of Freiburg and Bonn from 1957 to 1963 . In 1963 he laid the first legal state examination and was court clerk . After the second state examination in law, he entered the higher judicial service in 1967 , became a court assessor in Waldshut and Konstanz, then a public prosecutor in Konstanz.

Gnädinger had been a member of the SPD since 1957 and was deputy state chairman of the Young Socialists in Baden-Württemberg from 1965 to 1969 . In 1967 he took over the chairmanship of the SPD district association in Konstanz and from 1971 to 1975 he was a member of the state executive committee of the SPD in Baden-Württemberg. In addition, he was chairman of the advisory board of the civil rights society in the Lake Constance area, state chairman of the working group for urban development and housing policy (since 1973), chairman of the SPD parliamentary group in the regional parliament Hochrhein-Bodensee, vice-president of the Socialist Lake Constance International and member of the public services, transport and traffic union as well as workers welfare .

Since October 20, 1969, he was one of the youngest members of the German Bundestag . He was he was sitting as an elected over the national list Baden-Wuerttemberg deputy until 13 December 1976, the Bundestag and again on 4 November 1980 to 29 March 1983. In the sixth, seventh and ninth legislature full member of the Legal Affairs Committee , from November 7, 1973 its deputy chairman. In the ninth electoral term he was a full member of the Committee on Election Review, Immunity and Rules of Procedure. In addition, he was a deputy member of the Committee for Urban Development and Housing in the sixth electoral term and deputy member of the Committee for Regional Planning, Building and Urban Development in the seventh and ninth electoral terms.

Since 1968 he was with Ingrid Gnädinger geb. Tapken married.
