Villa Fritz-Reuter-Straße 27 in the Obermenzing district of Munich

The building at Fritz-Reuter-Straße 27 in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1893. The villa on Fritz-Reuter-Straße , which belongs to the early development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected architectural monument .

The two-storey cripple hipped roof building with a stair tower on the side, pyramid roof and ornamental framework was built according to plans by the architecture firm August Exter in the local style. The rooms are staggered one behind the other along a narrow corridor.
