Villa Fritz-Reuter-Straße 16 in the Pasing district of Munich

The building at Fritz-Reuter-Strasse 16 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1893. The small villa in Fritz-Reuter-Straße , which is part of the early development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected monument .

The single-storey saddle roof structure with triangular bay windows , knee-highs and decorative trusses was built according to plans by the architects August Exter in the historicizing style.

In the floor plan, the rooms are arranged around the staircase on three sides.
