Fritz-Reuter-Strasse 19a (Munich)
The Fritz-Reuter-Straße 19a building in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1910. The villa on Fritz-Reuter-Straße , which belongs to the second construction phase of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected architectural monument .
The two-storey cripple hipped roof building with a dwarf house , triangular gable and balcony bay was built according to plans by the architect Ulrich Merk in the reform style.
The room layout follows a simple central corridor type.
