Villa Fritz-Reuter-Strasse 34 in the Obermenzing district of Munich

The building at Fritz-Reuter-Straße 34 in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1910/11. The villa in Fritz-Reuter-Straße , which belongs to the second phase of the development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected monument .

The two-storey cripple walmdachbau with curved Zwerchhäusern , pages risalit , terrace, ground floor bay windows and corner rustic work was designed by architect Georg Schneider from Bad Kissingen in the reform style built. The enclosure from the time it was built has been preserved.

The former single-family house was divided into small apartments in 1968 and incorporated into a larger residential complex in 1985/87 .
