Fritz-Reuter-Strasse 1 (Munich)
The Fritz-Reuter-Straße 1 building in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1893/94. The house on Fritz-Reuter-Straße , which belongs to the early development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected monument .
The two-storey gable roof building in a corner position, with ornamental framework , wooden balcony and wood-paneled knee -length floor was built according to plans by the architecture firm August Exter in the local style. The house stands in the gable-sided position on the north side of Wensauerplatz. It was heavily changed, so the window front on the gable side was enlarged. There was originally a shop on the ground floor.
